Note that you can watch the recorded version of the webinar after the event at your convenience, but if you would like to cancel your order/participation to a live webinar you may do so by notifying us via email at [email protected] at least two working days (48 Hours) prior to the official start date of the webinar. In such an event, a credit will be issued to your credit card or a credit note towards a future event. A credit note will be valid up to 12 months from the date of issuance. If you fail to cancel your registration to the event within the above mentioned specified time or if you fail to attend the webinar, refund claims will not be processed.
How We Love reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any webinar due to insufficient registrations, illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations you will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/event. Upon such cancellation, registered attendees will get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for any webinar. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days. In case we reschedule a webinar, registered attendees will be notified about the new date and time 24 hours prior to the start time of the webinar.
If attendees are not available on the new date and time, we will provide you access to the recording of that webinar. How We Love can not be held responsible in case you don’t receive login credentials, Zoom links or any email because of any firewall or SPAM filters. How We Love cannot be held responsible for any technical problem at customer’s end. We recommend you check your system requirements in advance. How We Love can not be held responsible if you are not happy with the content of the webinar. We always recommend our customers to read the description first before making the purchase.
