How We Love Private Couples Study
The How We Love Private Couples Study combines a recording of our six-hour How We Love Workshop with the Private Couples Study Guide to help couples move beyond recurring conflict and build lasting emotional connection.
In the seminar, we get to the root of the relational patterns that keep couples stuck in frustrating cycles and provide a clear pathway toward healing and secure connection. One of the most common comments we hear from attendees is, “Why has no one ever explained this before?” because the material often brings clarity to struggles they’ve experienced for years, but never known why.
The accompanying Private Couples Study Guide helps couples put these concepts into practice. After each of the nine video segments, you’ll work through guided exercises and discussion questions designed to deepen understanding, increase self-awareness, and build empathy for one another. These structured conversations help each partner feel seen, heard, and understood while learning healthier ways to connect.
Many couples have shared that the Private Couples Study was more impactful than months of traditional couples therapy because it not only helps them understand why they get stuck, but also gives them practical tools to create lasting change together.
