I currently volunteer leading workshops and classes focusing on brain and nutrition health and HWL. I also lead temperament workshops using the APS (Arno Profile System). My website is a great resource tool!
How How We Love principles are incorporated
In the past, I lead an addiction support group for family members. When a new family members would join the group, I would have each person take the HWL quiz to understand their attachment style.
