More than twenty-five years ago, Catherine had the privilege of receiving couples therapy from the Yerkovichs. Today, she and her husband enjoy a happy and fulfilling marriage of over 36 years! As a seasoned, supervising clinician, Catherine supports individuals or couples as they learn how their attachment styles are often shaping their current perspectives and reactions to others. She collaborates with them to create a plan of growth unique to their needs and goals. Catherine guides clients through How We Love exercises that help them learn to listen well, share meaningfully and vulnerably, process emotions, overcome defenses, accept comfort, and connect in deep, rich new ways.

Catherine is also an EMDR therapist Certified by the EMDR International Association and a Consultant in Training. EMDR is a modality of therapy that beautifully dovetails with the How We Love material and offers clients even greater opportunity to fully recover from current, former, or life-long trauma.
