The How We Love principles get incorporated in my work with couples in a number of ways. I have couples take the quiz and then walk them through their core pattern to identify how each partner contributes to the dynamic. I work with the couple on their specific growth areas as well as utilizing the comfort circle in sessions to help bring healing to their attachment wounds and encourage healthy ways to connect with each other and revitalize their marriage.
